Terms & Conditions
Jerónimo Executive is an owner-operated executive passenger transport service based in Perth, Western Australia. By making a booking with Jerónimo Executive, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once the booking details have been accepted by Jerónimo Executive.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including the date, time, pick-up location, destination, passenger numbers, flight details where applicable and any special requirements.
2. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, quoted prices are based on the journey and requirements provided at the time of booking.
Where a fixed price has been quoted, that price will apply to the agreed journey provided there are no significant changes to the booking.
Additional charges may apply where a journey is changed, extended, includes additional stops, excessive waiting time or other services not included in the original quotation.
Any additional charges will be communicated where reasonably possible before they are incurred.
3. Airport Transfers
Customers are requested to provide accurate flight information when making an airport booking.
Jerónimo Executive will monitor flight information where practical and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate flight delays.
The standard airport transfer includes a reasonable period of complimentary waiting time. Extended waiting caused by circumstances outside the control of Jerónimo Executive may incur additional charges.
4. Passenger Numbers and Luggage
Bookings must accurately reflect the number of passengers and the amount of luggage being carried.
Jerónimo Executive reserves the right to refuse additional passengers or luggage where doing so would exceed the vehicle’s legal or safe capacity.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely at all times.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the vehicle.
Passengers must not damage, soil or misuse the vehicle.
Any reasonable costs associated with cleaning, repairing or restoring the vehicle following damage or excessive soiling caused by a passenger may be charged to the customer.
6. Child Seats
Customers travelling with children are responsible for advising Jerónimo Executive of their requirements at the time of booking.
Where a child restraint is required, arrangements must be confirmed before the journey.
7. Service Delays
Jerónimo Executive will make every reasonable effort to provide a punctual service.
However, the business cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, weather, vehicle incidents, emergency situations or other unforeseen events.
8. Vehicle Substitution
In exceptional circumstances, Jerónimo Executive may need to substitute the nominated vehicle.
Where this occurs, every reasonable effort will be made to provide a vehicle of a similar standard.
9. Lost Property
Any property left in the vehicle will be retained where reasonably possible and arrangements can be made with the customer for its return.
Jerónimo Executive accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
10. Payments
Payment requirements will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Bookings requiring a deposit or advance payment will not be considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.
11. Changes to Bookings
Reasonable changes to a booking will be accommodated where availability permits.
Changes to the pick-up time, destination, passenger numbers or itinerary may result in a change to the quoted price.
12. Safety
The safety of passengers, the driver and other road users is the highest priority.
The driver may decline or terminate a journey where a passenger’s behaviour creates a safety risk or where continuing the journey would be unlawful or unsafe.
13. Compliance
Jerónimo Executive operates in accordance with applicable Western Australian passenger transport requirements and other applicable laws and regulations.
14. Acceptance
By making a booking with Jerónimo Executive, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Jerónimo Executive reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
